These terms describe the conditions for browsing and purchasing from the Veiled Petal U.S. storefront.

The storefront currently accepts orders for delivery to continental U.S. addresses. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Product availability and checkout acceptance may change before payment is confirmed.
Product information
We aim to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Screen color, lighting, and the handmade-style arrangement of components may create small visual differences. Each listed item is sold as one pair unless the product page states otherwise.
Payment and order acceptance
Payment is processed through PayPal. An order is accepted only after PayPal confirms payment and Veiled Petal records the completed transaction. We may contact you if delivery information is incomplete or if fulfillment cannot proceed.
Safe use
Fit and comfort vary by person. Position the soft-capped ends gently and remove the piece immediately if you notice numbness, discoloration, irritation, or persistent discomfort. Product information is not medical advice.
